Motivational Poster

To meet the requirements for a motivational poster, you need to have all your words kerened with no spaces showing. The second requirement includes having outter glow, drop shadow,stroke, bevel and emboss. The third requirement is the triadic color scheme. You need one domaint color and two harmonious colors. Then you need to have color balance, curves, and exposer. The last requirement is visual balance, meaning equal distribution of visual weight for artistic appeal.

To do this you first need two text layers. One of them is for your manifesto and your personal quotes. To size your words for your quotes and manifesto you need to kerning. It's when you space out the letter to make it fit or make it the way you want it. Your second layer includes three symbols that represent you and a portrait of your face. You can use the triadic color scheme to make the color you want for your manifesto and your quotes. You are using the triadic color scheme to find that color. The triadic color scheme is when you blend 1 dominant color and 2 accent colors.

The hardest part for me was kerning and getting the right color. Kerning was hard because you have to space it out and get it the perfect way you want it. It also was the longest part of the project along with the triadic color part. With kerning you have get the outer glow and all those other effects. I had to find the right color that I liked and as you can see in my finished product I didn't use the same colors as my pictures.  The color is only on my quotes and my manifesto.

Personal Manifesto

My name is Zephen and here are five interesting facts about me. My first interesting fact is that I like to play football. The team I play for is Kapa'a Eagles Pop Warner but in K.Y.F I played for Kapa'a Warriors.  My second fact is that I like to bodyboard. My favorite board brand is science.  I also have plenty type of fins like Kicks, Da Fin, and Vipers. My third fact is that I like to go fishing. The biggest fishes I caught was two papios and a kumu or goat fish. I also like to go surfing. I like to use long boards because they're easier for me. My last interesting fact is that I like to go diving. I haven't gone diving because of the weather.  It's been rainy and the water has been dirty.

Always go out, go 100%, never give up. Set your dreams high and if people say you can't, it's that they can't.  Life is short so make your dreams come true while you can. It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get back up.

My mainfesto is talking about don't give up and always go out and try your best. When people say you can't do this or whatever it is don't listen, go where your mind is set. If you have something that is hard and or you just can't do it, go your hardest. When I said " life is short so make your dreams come true while you can" do all those things now and life may seem long but really it's going to go fast.

Music Videos Rock!

 On our team we have me, Shanden, and Steven. Steven is the person who wants to learn on how to get better at dancing. Shanden was the person who thought of our song.Me and Shanden are the teachers to go and help steven learn to dance. Steven is the character thta wants to learn on how to dance. Me and Shanden take turns on filming and teaching steven to dance. If its me and Shanden who are both in the video together it would be Steven filming. Everyone on our team contributes to this music video by doing something.

Im not sure the part that the audience will enjoy the most. I feel like the part that the audience will like is steven getting the hang of how to dance. The other part will probaly be me and shanden doing the whip and nae nae. I think they will like those parts the best because they get to see Steven dancing and they will see how much better he got at dancing. For the other part I think they will like that part because its can be funny and cool.

How does your MV show what you learned this year?
Our Music Video shows what we learned because we will try to get different angles, rule of thirds and the  other things that we learned. For the video we will be getting alot of different angles.We will be using that one alot because most of the filming is at our school so we will be getting different angles so it won't look like were at school. It going to be kind of hard but we will get it done.

lyrical livelyhood

I don't really have a favorite song because I have a lot of favorite songs.If I did it makes me feel relaxed because of just something I don't really know why but I just like listening to music. I usually just listen to music because I just want to or it's that I'm bored. Sometimes I also listen to music is because it can be catchy. Listening to music just makes me feel like something I really can't explain because its hard for me to explain but it makes me feel like something.

Our song that were doing for our project is Watch Me (whip and nae nae). We picked this song because Say that your at a dance party but you don't know how to dance but from this you would know how to dance but basically it going to show about building confidence.

In the video it will show me and Shanden teaching Steven to dance because Steven is sad that he can't dance and that he wants to learn on how to dance. Its kind of like the second paragraph because it explain the same thing. When we film this we are going top try and get different angles and were also going to try zoom in and out when we film.

Our Animation Story

Our focus statement tells our story because it talks about Daileen who experiences farming and how the farming supports our community and how it helps us. You will also see were some of your fruits and vegtables come from. We chose Daileens story because her farming help supports our community. Also we get to see how farming works and that it isn't that easy to be a farmer and that sometimes it can be challenging to grow your food.

In this presetation you will learn a little were some of your food comes from and how farming works. This video has a little lesson that working hard pays off. It's like if you want money and you do chores but you don't want to but then after you realize it paid off. Instead of money its more of getting your food that you want to eat. If you want something and it seems hard it will pay off at the end.

A few of our best things our team did together was getting our footage,
turning our things on time, and putting the project together and meeting
the requirements on time. It was good that we were able to get these things in on time if not it would be a whole different story.  Some of our worst moments as a team was srtuggling to plan, get the footage and getting our videos turned in on time. It was hard to get these things and something that was more hard that I found was finding a time to film since I had football it got in the way.

Animation Outtake

My teammates on my team are  Daileen, Michael,and Cara. One interesting fact about Daileen is that she is a farmer. One interesting thing about Micheal is that he came from Florida. Another thing is that he likes to travel. One interesting thing about Cara is that she likes to play soccer. 

Stop motion is when you take multiple pictures and add them all together to make a movie. When you do stop motion you would want to get high up so it looks like them actually doing that. A GIF is like stop motion but its an animation instead of real life. Its basically the same steps as the stop motion but its an animation and you don't need to take the pictures.

Our story is based on Daileen Experiences Farming. We chose it because that farming supports our community by giving us food and so they know how hard it is to get our foods. You should care because you get to see that it isn't easy doing this and that it shows Kauai agriculture.

Typography Images

Typography is a picture of someone with words on them that describe them. It lets them remember because of the words that express them. Also they get to see what they look like with words all on them. Doing this project is hard but also will be fun to.    

The biggest challenge for me about this project was almost every thing. I found it hard because you got to do that then this and I found it complicated. Also Iʻm not that good at technical things but if your more advance it should be easier. beginner . I found it that there was so much steps that my brain couldʻt handle it and then I forget steps so I found it really hard.   

The one that is the teacher final that is the finish product on what it would look like when its done. I could of improve by being able to see the words more clear and seeing the face more clear. The picture of Mr.Frank was showing who the teacher was and how close you have to be when you take the picture.
